Remove Recents is a very useful tweak available in Cydia, compatible only with iOS 4.0, through which you can close all applications that run in the background and do not support the multitasking function of iOS 4.0. You basically install this application from Cydia, open it and it will check how many of the applications open in the background know about multitaking, those that are not compatible with this feature will be automatically closed while the rest that are compatible will be left to run.
To be honest, I find it an extremely useful application because working in iOS 4.0 can leave a lot of applications open in the background and closing them will become tiresome over time and unfortunately SBSettings is currently not 100% compatible with iOS 4.0 and you cannot close the applications left open through it.
