LockInfo is an application through which you can add all kinds of useful information to the lockscreen of your phone: about the weather, stocks, you can see the messages from the phone, and much, much more. Today the application was updated to be compatible with iOS 4.0 and here is what it brings:
- Compatibility with iOS 4.0;
- Resolving several bugs that appeared when LockScreen was activated;
- Solving some problems that appeared when the LockScreen plugins tried to update;
- Solving problems that appeared when using the "get more plugins" option in Settings.
Unfortunately, the application is not yet bug free, so here are the problems you can expect if you use it with iOS 4.0:
- The plugin for the Mail application is unstable, and sometimes you may not be able to see what the email contains or who sent it;
- The preview function for e-mails does not work properly because it fails to load the entire HTML content;
- The "Show While Playing" plugin is not loaded;
- The Twitter plugin does not work if you have set a password for LockScreen.
The Backgrounder application was also updated today but unfortunately for now it is not 100% compatible with iOS 4.0, however you should be able to use the multitasking function without problems but some of the features are not yet available with iOS 4.0 but the developer is working on updating the application to makes it 100% compatible with the new OS.
