Unfortunately, not all applications in Cydia work 100% correctly with iOS 4.0, even though almost 3 weeks have passed since the release of the final iOS 4.0 and the developers had enough time to reorganize their time and update the applications.
Here are the applications from Cydia that do NOT work now with iOS 4.0:
- iBluenova: closes when you try to send a file;

- Mobile Terminal: closes at startup;
- Safari Download plugin: it installs but you can't download anything with it;
- ProSwitcher - as far as I understand, chpwn will not update it anymore;
- Cyntact Lockinfo;

- MxTube.
Applications that work on iOS 4.0:
- snes4iPhone;
- gpShone;
- blacksn0w – modified version;
- iSteamy;
- iFiles;
- SBSettings - but it still has bugs;
- dTunes;
- Respring;
- MyMedia;
- Wi-Fi Sync;
- biteSMS;
- BossPrefs;
- MCleaner;
- My3G;
- eMule;
- PwnTunes;
- SBRotator;
- Infinidock;
