iPhone 4 on July 28 at Movistar Spain

The Movistar mobile phone operator from Spain announced today through the official Twitter account that the iPhone 4 will be available for sale starting July 28 if there are no problems with Apple's stocks. The information comes directly from the company's PR, so it is certain, however, the launch date is not certain because it depends on Apple to deliver the terminals to the Spanish operator on time.

Although it is possible that Movistar Spain will launch the iPhone 4 on July 28, there are still chances that in the European Apple Stores we will see the iPhone 4 launched a little earlier, I am of course referring to the stores in the other 18 countries. In Great Britain and France, some mobile phone operators launched the iPhone 4 a few days after it was officially available in the Apple Store, so there is a good chance that we will see a similar situation in Spain.

However, in the worst case, iPhone 4 could be launched on July 28 in the rest of the European countries, 3 days before the end of the month, but it will fall within the timeline specified by Steve Jobs at the WWDC keynote.

What do you think, will we see the iPhone 4 before July 28? Will Orange Romania introduce iPhone 4 in the offer? I've been advertising it for more than 3 weeks, though...
