Last night Dev Team a announced the availability of a new update for the ultrasn0w decoding program. It seems that several users reported unusually high battery consumption after installing the decryption solution, so planetbeing worked to modify ultrasn0w in such a way that the problem was solved. I personally noticed that the old version of ultrasn0w consumed quite a lot even when the phone was in standby, and when I started surfing the Internet via 3G the situation became even more drastic. I don't know how it is with the new version, but the Dev Team says that they have solved the problems, so open Cydia and update, if you haven't already.
