Some news from iOS 4.2 that were overlooked

In the article since 2 days ago I tried to cover all the features discovered in the new iOS 4.2 beta, but unfortunately there are still some that were revealed only today. It is about a few News not very important but which will definitely be useful to iDevices users once the final version of iOS 4.2 is available.

1. The possibility to vote videos on YouTube - the native YouTube application from iOS 4.2 has implemented the existing voting system on the site, so now you can vote for your favorite video clip directly from the application without having to enter the site.

2. The possibility to initiate a FaceTime call from the Messages application - now in the iOS messaging application there is a button that will give you the opportunity to initiate a video call via FaceTime. The function is only available on iPhone 4 and of course it will only work if you call another iPhone 4/iPod Touch 4G.

3. Restrictions introduced in iOS - now in the settings menu we have the possibility to set what can be deleted from our phone, so you will be able to prevent the deletion of applications installed from the AppStore, i.e. a system similar to the existing one for Cydia applications. Through the list of restrictions, there is one that will prevent the deletion or modification of e-mail accounts.

4. The "Video" application on the iPad includes a list of suggestions that alert you to other similar video clips in iTunes. This function is of course exclusively available for the iPad tablet.

These are just some overlooked news, but you can find the whole list of news in the article written yesterday, where you also have a video clip with a short presentation of the new version of iOS.
