In the press release published by Apple today, it was mentioned that the number of applications in the AppStore has reached 300.000, 260.000 of them being for iPhone/iPod Touch and 40.000 for iPad. Apple also mentions that the AppStore is available in 90 countries and has more than 20 categories of applications available.
Until another one of the very few 300.000 is really worth the money.
