roDEX pro is the evolution of the roDEX application, introducing an advanced word search module in indexed mode, as well as a separate page dedicated to different types of searches.
roDEX pro is the iPhone version of the online DEX database (http://www.dexonline.ro).
The program includes the following dictionaries in the local database:
– Explanatory dictionary of the Romanian language
- Dictionary of Synonyms
– Dictionary of antonyms
– Orthographic dictionary of the Romanian language
– The new explanatory dictionary of the Romanian language
– Dictionary of archaisms and regionalisms
– Explanatory gastronomic dictionary
– Romanian etymological dictionary
– Dictionary of neologisms
– Orthographic, orthoepic and morphological dictionary of the Romanian language
– Dictionary of the old literary Romanian language (1640-1780) – Regional termsLocal search is done in a database installed on the phone with the application. The database contains over 370000 definitions and 137000 words.
The application contains an advanced module of indexed browsing of words and
there is also the possibility of searching by several criteria, such as scrabble or rebus, by entering all the letters or only a part of them.
