The team recommends NOT hacking iOS 4.2 beta 3 because it is only available to developers and should only be taken from a developer account purchased from Apple.
The Dev Team announces that there is also a version for Windows of redsn0w 0.9.7 beta 5, but this is very very cumbersome, that is, it is very difficult to install the necessary files for the jailbreak, so it will not be released until the team manages to solve the problems with installing.
