iGotYa is an application available for some time in Cydia, but it deserves to be brought to our attention because it could prove to be extremely useful if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having lost/stolen your phone. iGotYa allows setting a security code in the iPhone and if someone try to access your terminal and enter that wrong security code will trigger the application that will take a picture of the person and send it to an e-mail address selected by you together with his location (if the GPS is on). In order for the application to send you the information, the terminal must be connected to a Wi-Fi/3G/Edge network. iGotYa will only take pictures on terminals that have a front camera, so if you don't have an iPhone 4/iPod Touch 4G, then it's better to use mobileme, which is free.

An interesting function is "security mode" which provides access to the phone even if the security code is written incorrectly 2 times, but the terminal will take pictures of the person who has the phone every time it connects to a Wi-Fi or 3G network.

iGotYa costs $6 and is available in Cydia in the BigBoss repo and comes with a 10-day trial period.
