Shortly after the release of iOS 4.3 we told you that the effects implemented for the camera could be "borrowed” by Apple from the Photo Booth app for Mac. If then it was just a guess, now they have been found in iOS 4.3 reference regarding the implementation of Photo Booth in iOS for iDevices. In the SDK for iOS 4.3, a file was found that includes information on how to use Photo Booth effects on iDevices, but the information is currently quite limited. The iDevices compatible with this function are not specified, but normally it should be iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G and the iPad 2 tablet.
No iDevice had by default the possibility to modify the pictures, everything had to be done by purchasing some applications from the AppStore, but here is that Apple wants to expand this functionality of the camera and this is a good thing because it brings iDevices in line with the rest devices currently available on the market.
