Last week was quite busy with many announcements about jailbreak and unlock solutions that should appear in the near future. This week, both the Dev Team and p0sixninja avoided making statements about the projects they are working on, but sherif hashim "throws" an interesting theory that has geohot in the middle. Last night p0sixninja and Sherif Hashim had a short exchange of lines in which the latter suggested "subtly" (and more than likely just for the sake of the answer) that geohot would be around and could prepare a new jailbreak solution, but to be honest I doubt it because geohot a announced yesterday a is oriented towards Windows Phone 7.
I informed you about this information because you will probably soon see it in other places and there is no point in interpreting it the wrong way. Chronic Dev Team was "challenged" by MuscleNerd to release an untethered jailbreak solution, but so far nothing has happened and I don't think anything will happen, even though p0sixninja claims that they are working on the development of the solution. The exchange of lines between the two started from a question launched by p0sixninja who is looking for a song for the video in which he will present the new jailbreak solution.
