Voice Notifications recites the name of the caller or the one who sent you an SMS

Voice Notifications is a very interesting tweak recently released in Cydia. With its help, we can set the phone to recite the name of the caller or the one who sends an SMS. The interesting part is that we can customize the message that the phone reads, so you can set whatever text you want, but I don't recommend using Romanian words. The application works only on iPhone, only with at least iOS 4 and only on iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 terminals, the developer not offering support for iPhone 3G. The application does not have an icon on the homescreen, but only a menu of options in Settings.

Voice Notifications costs $0.99 and is available in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.

Requires iPhone. Does not work with iPhone 3G or older devices.
Requires iOS 4.0 or higher.

Voice Notifications allows you to have your iPhone say just about anything you want when you receive a Text Message or Phone Call. Set all your clever sayings right in the settings. app application on your home screen! More updates are coming soon including black listing people and custom sayings for those special ones 😉
