Homepage is a tweak from Cydia that allows users to set the display of the first page of the homescreen or lock the terminal when closing an application. Tweak your it has no icon in Springboard, but you can manage it from the Settings menu of your terminal and there you can set what happens when you exit an application. Normally pressing the Home button will take you to the last page from which you opened the application, but this tweak can either block your terminal or display the first page of Springboard.
Homescreen is available for free in Cydia.
