iFile 1.4.0 available soon in Cydia

iFile, the application that allows us to access the system files of our device directly from the terminal, will be updated soon, version 1.4.0 being prepared by the developer. The application has not had an update for some time, so the new version will bring quite a lot of news. Here is the changelog of the future version of iFile:

  • Several bug fixes and various improvements.
  • New graphical interface for editing files. Plist.
  • Added support for extracting files. Zip password protected.
  • Autorotate support.
  • Added Retina Display support, both the icon and the GUI.
  • Added a new feature called Viewer Pictures: swipe functionality, with a double-tap zoom, support for AirPrint (iOS 4.2.1 or later).
  • Added support for multiple raw file typologies.
  • Added new functions in the PDF Viewer: swipe functionality, with a double-tap zoom, support for AirPrint (iOS 4.2.1 or later).
  • The Text Editor now reads the new file formats.
  • New features and bug fixes for the VideoPlayer: Introduced support for AirPrint (IOS 4.2.1 or later), adding compatibility with video 3gp2 ee 3GPP2, and fixed some bugs.
  • Added support for AirPrint (IOS 4.2.1 or later) event WEV Viewer.

It is not known when the new version will be available in Cydia, but I will let you know through an article when it appears.
