The application of the week from Apple

This week, Apple designated Bump as the app of the week in the AppStore. Bump is an application made by an American company that allows us to connect 2 iDevices to each other by simply bumping them. Hit the terminals against each other, they will interconnect and you can send from one to the other pictures, music, messages, your Twitter/Facebook profiles, enter from the calendar/etc. The application also allows the sharing of applications, but it is far from what you think, practically using Bump you can recommend a friend to buy a certain application from the AppStore by sending him the link to the respective application. Bump is a very useful application and I highly recommend it.

Bump™ makes sharing with people as simple as bumping two phones together. Just pick what you want to send, then hold your phones and gently bump hands with another Bump user. And now, you can message with your friends who aren't near you — just add them as a friend inside of Bump and start messaging immediately — it's kind of like a long-distance "virtual bump".

After you've bumped or added a friend on the Bump system, you can send messages anytime, complete with instant push notifications.
