A recent job offer published on the Apple website reinforces this theory because Apple is looking for engineers specialized in the development of power solutions and among the products in which these power sources would be used, Apple specifies televisions. Apple lists a whole series of products for which they would need new power solutions and mentions televisions separately from Macs, LCD screens, or notebooks, so it is quite clear that we are talking about a completely new product.
The position primarily involves high-density offline power supply's development for Apple's next generation Macintosh platforms spanning from notebook computers, desktop computers, servers, standalone displays and TV.
This is not the first rumor of this kind, but until now Apple has not looked for people who have knowledge about the implementation of power solutions for televisions, so we can imagine a future Apple Television from Apple. We distinguish between Apple TV and a television because we are talking about 2 completely different products in terms of functionality and dimensions.
