Apple has just released iTunes 10.2, the new version of iTunes being necessary to be able to restore the iPad tablet to iOS 4.3 and probably to install iOS 4.3 on our devices. Besides the possibility to install iOS 4.3 on iDevices, the new version of iTunes also brings a new file sharing system and I suspect that in the near future we will also have iOS 4.3 GM available for developers. I don't think that iTunes 10.2 affects in any way the possibility of jailbreaking.

UPDATED: MuscleNerd confirms that iTunes 10.2 does not cause problems for those with jailbreak, so you can install the new version without problems.
