Yesterday, Orange Romania launched a new application in the AppStore for customers with iPhone terminals. The application is called your Orange Account and allows users to find out information about their subscriptions in real time. The application is divided into 3 large sections: my account, assistance and recommendations. In the My Account section, we should log in with the username and password of the Orange Webcare account, but unfortunately, every time I try to log in, I get a "connectivity error". If you try to create a new account, the Orange Webcare page will open where you can create one.
I like that in the application you have displayed all the information from your subscription (that is, those displayed by Cronos):
- minutes consumed/available both nationally and in Orange;
- internet traffic available for your account;
- the number of available SMS/MMS.
In the assistance category you will find useful information about Orange subscriptions, offers for Prepay, Orange services and a link to the user guide for an iPhone. In the recommendations section, Orange Romania lists all the applications from its own portfolio, i.e. Orange film and Live TV from Orange. The application is very simple, very easy to use, but I don't know why it refuses to connect to my Orange Webcare account.
With the free application Your Orange Account, it is much easier to know everything about your subscription, directly from your iPhone:
- find out information about the balance, the amount of the invoice, active options or details about consumption
- in the Support section you have general information about Orange products and services
- you can find out news about applications for your phoneThe application provides information only to Orange subscribers.
