iOS 4.3 GM has been available for almost 2 days, I installed it to see how it "moves" and unfortunately I can't say that there is a big difference between the GM version and the beta versions. iOS 4.3 is somewhat better optimized than iOS 4.2.1 in terms of performance, meaning you won't experience the same lag when switching between menus or when opening/closing an application. The new Nitro Javascript engine in Safari did not bring, for me, such a significant increase in performance as presented by Apple, in reality the pages load the same.
I like that in the GM version, problems with the games were also solved, that is, those blockages that sometimes appeared in the games installed in the terminals. All in all, I think you will be satisfied with iOS 4.3 if you have an iPhone and the situation will probably be similar for iPhone 3GS owners. If you have an iPad tablet, you might have some performance problems, but from this point of view, I can't tell you much.
