iOS 4.3 and an unusual problem with the camera application

After installing iOS 4.3 GM, I had the unpleasant "surprise" to find out that the flash LED of the iPhone 4 terminal I own refuses to work. The situation was resolved by restarting the Camera application, so it was a simple software bug. In the meantime I installed the final version of iOS 4.3 and today when I tried to take a picture with the phone I received the above message even though it had been taken out of my pocket without being used beforehand and without being warm at all. Of course, this time too, the problem was solved by reopening the Camera application, but this is the first time (since I own an iPhone) that I receive a warning message about the overheating of the terminal.

I clarified on this occasion that iOS 4.3 has bugs regarding the Camera application and the LED flash, so if you experience something similar, know that restarting the application will solve the problem immediately.

UPDATED: I had problems again, now it refuses to take pictures if I had the LED flash activated and when I closed the application it took the picture. It's an extremely annoying software problem, but after resetting the phone, it's back...for now.
