Apple will present financial results for Q2 2011 on April 20

It's official on April 20, 2011 Apple will present to the whole world the financial results for Q2 of 2011. At the beginning of this year Apple presented the financial results for Q1 2011 and then the company announced that it had revenues of 26.74 billion dollars from 7.33 million iPad tablets sold, 16.24 million iPhone terminals, 19.45 million iPod terminals and 4.13 million Macs sold. Apple recorded a profit of 6 billion dollars in that period of the year and we are talking about the period of the winter holidays when Apple stores had very good sales.

Apple's conference call webcast discussing Q2 – 2011 financial results will begin at 2:00pm PT/5:00pm ET on Wednesday, April 20, 2011.

Please note that comments made during this call may include forward-looking statements that are subject to risks and uncertainties, and that actual results may differ materially from these forward-looking statements.

For Q2 2012, Apple is expected to announce slightly weaker sales, but the number of iPad/iPad 2 tablets sold should be at least equal, the number of iPhone and iPod terminals could decrease, the same situation in the case of Macs. I for one do not expect Apple to set records in this Q2 2012, but the situation will be different in Q3 and Q4.
