Yesterday the Photoshop World 2011 Keynote took place where Adobe presented some new features for the future version of the Photoshop graphic editing software. Among the presentations for the desktop versions of the software, those from Adobe also presented the future Photoshop application for the iPad. At the moment there is Photoshop Express that allows iDevices owners to edit pictures on terminals, but unfortunately the application is quite poor in functions. The iPad version will have many more functions, including the ability to edit layers, as you can see in the video clip above.

It is not yet known when this new version of the application will be available, but it will more than likely be specially designed to work on the iPad 2, which has powerful enough hardware to allow editing pictures without problems. We have applications for video editing, soon we will have them for professional photo editing, and the iPad will become more and more attractive.
