DataDeposit is a new application recently launched in Cydia that every iDevice owner should have in their own terminal. DataDeposit allows us to backup our applications, but we are talking about a backup saved online and not on our computer. The application has integrated APIs dropbox where it automatically saves data from our applications and where it can be installed back after restoring. Of course, you must first have a Dropbox account, which you must enter in the application to connect to it automatically.
After connecting, simply choose the desired application and back it up. Saving is done almost immediately and you can be sure that that backup does not disappear if you restore. After the restore, install your applications again, install DataDeposit again and restore the backup made to have the settings before the restore, the progress in the game, everything you need. Now you no longer lose the data saved in a game after you restore, but you can continue everything without any problem. If you play Angry Birds and make a backup before the restore, after the restore put the backup from the DataDeposit and continue the game where you left off before the restore. The good part is that you can access the saved data directly from your Dropbox account and download it to your computer from there or transfer it to another iDevice.
As far as I can tell, only the data for the applications installed from the AppStore is saved. DataDeposit is free in Cydia and I recommend you to try it.
