I don't know how many of you have found out, but recently Orange announced a new service that allows customers to schedule their visit to an Orange Shop. Considering that Orange Shops are almost always overcrowded and the employees can barely cope, I think it is an extremely good idea to implement this service. Basically you enter on this page, choose the city where you live and schedule a visit to one of the shops you want to visit.
The service costs €2, but in May it is free for everyone, so you can test it if you are interested. Many companies, including Apple, offer services of this kind, but most of them offer it for free. However, if time is precious for you, then 2 euros will probably represent a small amount.
