Vodafone doubles the traffic for mobile internet

Today, Vodafone announced in a press release that it is doubling the mobile internet traffic allocated to subscriptions for laptops, PCs or tablets. The offer also extends to Vodafone internet cards that can be used on any smartphone or tablet, so basically you have double traffic even on iPhone or iPad, although Vodafone does not have subscriptions dedicated to the iPad tablet. The offer comes into effect from today, so if you were planning to purchase a subscription for your terminal, you'd better hurry to conclude it because the new offer only applies to new and extended subscriptions.

Bucharest, June 1, 2011 – Users of laptops, PCs or tablets now receive double traffic included, for each new or extended promotional mobile Internet subscription, until the end of July. In addition, the offer is also valid for Vodafone Internet Card users.

Thus, for the Standard package, with a rate of 9 Euro/month (VAT included), Vodafone Mobile Broadband subscribers receive double mobile Internet traffic, of 2GB. Also, for the Plus subscription, of 12 Euro/month (VAT included), the offered traffic becomes 4GB, and users with extensive online browsing needs now receive 8GB with the Extra subscription, worth 15 Euro/month (VAT included).

Also, from now on, Vodafone offers users the new Professional Unlimited Internet package, with an initial* included traffic of 18 GB, at a rate of 19 Euro/month (VAT included). Users also receive a free modem that allows speeds of up to 21,6 Mbps.

In addition, Vodafone Internet Card users also receive double data traffic, valid for 30 days: 2GB for 9 Euro credit for users with occasional online browsing needs, 4GB at a rate of 12 Euro credit and respectively 8GB traffic included by data for users with advanced needs, for 15 Euro credit.
