iH8sn0w updated his sn0wbreeze program last night to jailbreak for iOS 5 beta 1 but the new version of sn0wbreeze is made especially for application developers or people who have UDID registered with Apple. sn0wbreeze 2.8 beta 1 makes a tethered jailbreak for our devices and does not hack the terminal, so you will not be able to activate your terminal after the jailbreak if you do not have a registered UDID. iH8sn0w recommends users who need an unlock not to use this new version of sn0wbreeze, so probably the process of keeping the baseband is not 100% safe.
