AppSlide is a new tweak made by chpwn that works based on the Activator plugin and eases the work of opening applications and returning to previously used ones. Basically AppSlide works as a kind of "back" button for applications and you will immediately understand why. Notice in the clip that the new applications open over the already open application and not in the usual way in iOS, that is by closing the used application and opening the new one. The newly opened application appears as a slide up that can be closed by simply pressing the Home button, which will return you to the previously used application. chpwn says that in this mode almost any applications can be opened and the Home button will always return us to the previously opened application.

Practically, the back button in the browser returns you to the old page and AppSlide returns you to the old application. Considering that AppSlide works on the basis of the Activator plugin, we can modify the gesture that must be taken to close the current application and return to the old one. Chpwn uses the Home button, but we can set any iOS gesture to return to the old application. AppSlide will be available for free in Cydia probably later today.
