Yahoo! comes to the aid of users of iDevices and Android terminals with a new application called App Spot. App Spot allows us to find in a simple and easy way the applications from the App Store that interest us, the application from Yahoo! being built with a proprietary algorithm that provides the most relevant results for our searches. The displayed results are based mainly on the reviews provided by users, but also on the relevance of the name/description of the application to the term searched by us. If you find your favorite application, App Spot will display the description, screenshots, reviews, plus some suggestions regarding similar applications available in the App Store. App Spot seems to be an ideal application for finding other applications from the App Store and I think it's worth trying.
App Search is a simple and easy way to search for your favorite applications directly from your PC. The principle is similar to that of App Spot, but on PC we will be able to see everything much better and with much more information displayed on the page. App Search and App Spot will be available to everyone soon and I'm curious to see how they will work.
