Those from PhoneArena had the opportunity to test the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet and of course they first compared it with the iPad 2 tablet from Apple. If you've seen reviews of some Android tablets so far, then you already know what to expect, from what I've noticed, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 doesn't bring anything innovative or extraordinarily different from other tablets. Of course, we have the same version of Android Honeycomb running on the tablet, the same small number of applications, a slight lag when navigating through the menus and when scrolling through the page, but otherwise the tablet runs as well as the iPad 2. The web pages load faster, however I think that iOS 5 will greatly reduce the difference between Safari and the Android browser.

If the Android Market had more applications available for the Samsung Galaxy Tab, then surely this tablet and others like it would be competitive. In terms of video recording quality, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet is clearly superior, but who constantly uses the built-in camera in tablets?

A great advantage of Android is its compatibility with Adobe's flash plugin, but until now flash for those interested in purchasing a tablet, the lack of flash on the iPad, has not really mattered that much. All in all, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is an interesting tablet that will never surpass the iPad 2, it will not make a big "valve", but if it had more applications available, we would be talking about a completely different situation.
