Gevey 3G and unlock for iPhone 4

Morning I told you that Apple has blocked the ability to decode iPhone 4 on iOS 5 beta 2 using Gevey 3G SIM decoding cards. These cards used to unlock using the unique 112 emergency service and required calling this number every time the terminal was closed or reset, but starting with iOS 5 beta 2 everything ended. The final version of iOS 5 will contain the same limitation regarding the possibility to decode your iPhone 4 terminals using these decoding cards, so DO NOT update in the fall to iOS 5 or if you update, be careful NOT to update the baseband. Apple blocked the possibility of decoding ONLY in the 04.11.06 baseband from iOS 5 beta 2, but if you update keeping a lower baseband you will be able to decode.

If you still venture now to update to iOS 5 beta 2 and find that you cannot decode, then you can downgrade to iOS 4.3.3 using a SHSH from Cydia and your baseband will be returned to the value of iOS 4.3.3 and you will be able to decode your terminal. This method ONLY works for iPhone 4 and can ONLY be used during the beta versions of iOS 5. After Apple releases the final version of iOS 5, you will no longer be able to downgrade the baseband and you will remain with the baseband blocked and undecodeable if you did not update by keeping it at a lower value.

That's it, be very careful when updating to keep the baseband and you won't have any problems.
