First week with Samsung Galaxy S II

With the help of those from Evomag I came into possession of one Samsung Galaxy S II, the best-selling Android smartphone at the moment. For a week I will make some comparisons between iPhone 4 (because this is Apple's top of the range and is now sold in stores) with iOS 4.3.3 and iOS 5 (because it will be available in the near future) and Samsung Galaxy S II. The terminal is fast, has a design that I for one do not like and the construction gives the impression of a cheap phone and not of a smartphone of several hundred euros.

Android reminds me of Symbian when it comes to navigating through the settings menus or through the list of applications and I have to admit that for a long time I haven't heard the camera shutter open when I start the Camera application or switch from video to photo mode. So far, the Samsung Galaxy S II pleasantly surprises me only with the speed with which it loads websites, but I received the device only an hour ago. I like the fact that the browsing experience in the web pages is not affected by the flash content, but the way in which the video clips are displayed leaves much to be desired. I will try to cover as many differences and similarities between iOS/Android, iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S II, but I will not do a review of the device.

If you want me to test something specific or you want to know something specific about the terminal, please leave a comment. Thanks again to those from Evomag for opportunity.
