RetinaPad is a tweak for iDevices launched by developer Ryan Petrich, the same man who initiated and oversees the Tweak Week project through which we get a new tweak every day. RetinaPad is a tweak through which iDevice users can turn normal applications into Retina Display compatible applications. Ryan Petrich has configured a special system that transforms the application graphics into one for Retina Display, but his process only works for certain applications and games, so don't expect it to work with everything.
Version 1.2 of the tweak was released in Cydia this evening and it brings a modified settings menu and compatibility with iOS 4.3. RetinaPad 1.2 is available for free in Cydia in the Bigboss repo.
