Along with redsn0w 0.9.8 beta 2, the beta 4 version of the sn0wbreeze 2.8 program also appeared. In case you didn't know, sn0wbreeze is the correspondent of PwnageTool but for Windows operating system users because it is the only program that allows us to make a custom ipsw in Windows. iH8sn0w has updated his program making it compatible with the new beta version of iOS 5 so that using it you will be able to update to iOS 5 beta 3 without baseband update but you will also have the jailbroken terminal but not activated.
