Yesterday afternoon Gameloft a announced that starting at midnight the 9mm game will be available in App Stores around the world. The actual release took place 2 hours later when the App Store in New Zealand displayed the game as available for purchase at the price of $10. I managed to install it in the meantime and I have to admit that this time Gameloft made a game for which I think it deserves congratulations. We have already discussed what 9mm means, now let me tell you a little about my experience with it.
The graphics are not extraordinary, but the gameplay makes up for some of the shortcomings. I like the "slow" module implemented by Gameloft and it reminds me of the game Max Payne or FEAR where I could kill the opponents at will while they barely managed to raise their weapon. I like that you have at your disposal one of the most diverse weapons and even though I haven't progressed much in the game in the next few days I will definitely take care of finishing it. What I don't like is that the game doesn't look that good on a TV screen and I think that if Gameloft had built the game with 1080p graphics and a different control module, 9mm would have been even more successful.
I like the 9mm game, I recommend you to buy it because it is available for only €5.49 as a universal application.
