A few tens of minutes ago Apple has launched iOS version 4.3.4 via iTunes for all users. This new version blocks the exploit used by comex in the jailbreak solution jailbreakme.com 3.0, so it is not advisable to update to iOS 4.3.4 now if you want to continue jailbreaking with comex's solution. Unfortunately for iPad 2 owners, any update to iOS 4.3.4 will make it impossible to downgrade to iOS 4.3.4 because the baseband of the iPad 2 tablet will not be downgraded. If you updated now to 4.3.4, you could try to downgrade to iOS 4.3.3 and downgrade the baseband, but this "window" will be closed by Apple very quickly.
My advice is not to install iOS 4.3.4 on iPad 2 because it is not known if you will be able to go back to iOS 4.3.3 now or in the future. For the rest of the terminals, we should have at least a tethered jailbreak with redsn0w thanks to the bootrom exploit in limera1n. Below you have download links for each iDevice:
