Apple releases new versions of iWork and iPhoto compatible with iCloud

Along with the version beta of iCloud.com Apple has also released a beta version of the iWork suite for iDevices. This new one version beta of the applications allows users to save in iCloud a project started on an iDevice. Basically, let's say you start working on a document on your iDevice and you need to transfer it to a Mac or present it to someone, well the application saves it directly in iCloud where you can view it and download it if you need. The iWork suite includes the Pages, Keynote, and Numbers applications that were updated today and the information saved in your iCloud account can be played on any other iDevice.

iPhoto 9.2 beta 2 for Mac OS X was released today and brings iCloud compatibility. More precisely, the application from Apple brings compatibility with the PhotoStream service that allows users to view pictures taken on an iDevice on any other iDevice or Mac where they are logged in with the same iCloud account. The function is very interesting because it allows the transfer of photos directly into the iPhoto application on Mac OS X, without users having to take any other actions.
