FlashCam is a tweak released this evening in Cydia that brings some extremely useful options for iOS 4. We are talking about options dedicated to the camera of our devices and with their help we can either activate the LED flash in the iPhone 4 or we can open the Camera application in photo or video mode. We have the option to set the position of the 2 icons in the lockscreen and of course we have the option to choose to open another third-party app installed from the App Store instead of the iOS Camera app. The tweak also allows us to choose whether after using the application the terminal is locked in place and whether the unlocking sound is active or not.
Quick access to your iPhone 4's LED flash, using it as a flashlight, as well as quick access to a camera app from the Lock Screen. Several Camera apps are supported, including Instagram and Camera+.
FlashCam only works with certain camera applications available in the App Store and from the Settings menu of iOS you can choose which ones to use. FlashCam is available for free in Cydia in the BigBoss repo and you can install it from here.
