Atari is one of the largest producers of games for PCs and consoles and recently the management team of the company was changed and with it the course that the whole company will follow in the following years. It seems that the new management is interested in the development of as many games as possible for mobile terminals, especially for the iOS platform where the company already has several interesting titles released. Of course, from words to deeds there is something "to go" but Atari has demonstrated that it has the ability to launch very good games in the past.
The company sent a press release to several American journalists and announced that in the future it will focus on the development of games that have implemented a social component that would expand both the popularity and the number of actual players. I would be happy to see as many big game developers interested in developing important titles for iOS considering that lately there have been extremely few available.
