SkyFire update for iPhone and iPad available in the App Store

2 days ago the company behind the SkyFire browser launched a new update in the App Store that brings some interesting functions for iDevice users. The Sky Fire application is available in 2 versions, one for the iPhone/iPod Touch and one for the iPad tablet, and each of them has some new options. SkyFire is one of the browsers in the App Store that allows viewing movies in flash format but does not always display the flash content on the pages. SkyFire is well-known thanks to the Symbian and Android pantry versions that were released long before the one for iOS, but if you want to see both flash content and flash videos on iOS, then I recommend it Puffin.

Here's what's new in SkyFire 3.3.0 for iPhone and SkyFire 2.5.0 for iPad:

Additions:

  • Fullscreen Action – Video now launches in full screen mode by default (iPad only).
  • Map Time – Skyfire now supports more map features related to Google Maps

Fixes:

  • Twitter Pop up issue has been eliminated
  • Stuck in tab mode bug has been squashed
  • A large number of minor bugs have been fixed

SkyFire for iPhone/iPod Touch it costs €2.99 in the App Store while iPad version it costs €3.99.
