redsn0w 0.9.8 beta 7 released by Dev Team

Today the Dev Team released beta 7 of redsn0w 0.9.8 to resolve incompatibility issues caused by a change made by Apple in the iPad firmware. It seems that Apple changed the iOS 5 beta 6 firmware version for iPad without changing its build and redsn0w became incompatible after this change. The new version of the program also brings compatibility with iOS 4.3.5/4.2.10 (for iPhone 4 CDMA), so we will be able to do tethered jailbreak even on those versions using an ipsw for iOS 4.3.5. This new version is compatible with both the new and the old version of iOS 5 beta 6 for iPad, so you can use any ipsw you have saved on your computer.

Apple updated the iPad1 iOS5b6 IPSW without changing its version number or filename, so we're releasing redsn0w 0.9.8b7 to handle both the original and changed IPSW. We've also added explicit support for a tethered 4.3.5/4.2.10 jailbreak (instead of pointing at the 4.3.5/4.2.9 IPSWs) and fixed a 4.2.10 problem.
