SkyFire update available in the App Store, automatically searches for videos on pages

SkyFire is one of the few browsers in the App Store that allows iDevice owners to watch movies in flash format on their device's screen. You all know that Apple is "allergic" to flash and decided not to implement this standard in its own operating system, but browsers such as SkyFire, Puffin, Photon, etc., bring the possibility to see both flash content and video clips in flash format . Those from SkyFire are limited only to video content and today they released 2 new updates for the versions dedicated to the iPhone terminal and the iPad tablet.

The version for iPhone brings only a few solutions to existing bugs, but the version for iPad brings a new module that automatically loads videos on pages. Until today, we had to click on the icon for video clips to make the browser look for the video content on the page, but from today this will be done automatically and if video clips are discovered on the page, we will be warned by means of a pop-up. The browsers are still available at the same prices and the iPhone version will receive an important update in the near future.

Version 2.6.0 brings forth a great new feature to iPad – Video is now AUTOMATICALLY cataloged as a new page is loaded; You no longer need to request that Skyfire search for video by clicking on the Video icon in the Skyfire toolbar – If a video is available, Skyfire will deliver the video pop-up for easy OneTouch play! - Additionally, we wanted to let you know that we are working on an even more significant, feature rich product update which will be coming soon.

Issue Fixed: Custom homepage URL will no longer periodically reset back to Skyfire default homepage.

SkyFire for iPhone is available for €2.39 again SkyFire for iPad is available for €3.99.
