MyTube saves YouTube videos directly to your iDevice

MyTube is a new tweak for iDevices released today in Cydia that brings the ability to save, watch and stream video clips. Of course, the application can mainly be used to download videos from YouTube, but the interesting part is that the developer has implemented the AirPlay function in the application so that we can stream any clip to a television connected to an AppleTV. If you don't like streaming then you can copy the movie directly to iTunes and watch it on your computer or transfer it to your iPad tablet.

With MyTube, there are no files to convert, players to install, or web browsers to mess around with. Just tap on a video to download or stream it, right from your device! Downloaded videos are saved so you can watch them later, even when you don't have Internet access! MyTube also lets you LISTEN to videos while the app is running in the background AND while your device is locked. It supports AirPlay, too, so you can play downloaded videos on your TV using an AppleTV device!

You can also EXPORT videos to your computer using iTunes! Videos are exported in MP4 format and instructions are included if you need help. You can even SHARE videos over Facebook, Twitter, and email, right from the app! Videos are downloaded in the background, so you can watch or browse while videos are downloading! You can search for videos or browse one of several categories: Featured, Top Rated, Most Viewed, and Most Recent. MyTube even lets you filter videos based on country and language without even leaving the app!

MyTube is available for free in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
