Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 build 11C71 released by Apple

During last evening Apple has launched build 11C71 of Mac OS X Lion for application developers for Mac OS X. This new beta version of the operating system is part of a long line of builds designed to bring users many bug fixes, some new features and improvements to the performance of the operating system. In this beta version, Apple announces that it will solve the problems with Find My Mac and the introduction of a password for the firmware, but there are also improvements to the way Lion Recovery works.

Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 build 11C71 is available for Mac OS X application developers in their dedicated portal on the Apple website. This could be the last beta version of Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 before the official release that could happen with iOS 5 and iCloud next week.

  1. we are not the same person. Yes, I meant Safari in Lion. I had the same problem with Google Chrome. It's not from a mac (quad core 2.7 Ghz, 8 gb ram)

LE: I'm not the only one with this problem, on the macuser forum you can find a ton of cases)

  2. That's it... At least with an update until the end of the year, I solved it. "On Windoze" we were waiting for SP1 until the pig flew.
