Orders made now for iPhone 4S are delivered in 1-2 weeks

Almost 7 hours after the opening of pre-orders for the iPhone 4S, the delivery time for any order placed now has increased to 1-2 weeks, a sign that there is strong demand for the new terminal. This change took place only in England, France, Germany, Australia and Canada because in the USA any terminal ordered now is delivered to users by October 14th. Last year, the delivery times for orders increased much faster than this year, so Apple either has prepared a large enough stock to cover the demand or not so many people were willing to buy an iPhone 4S.

Last year Apple sold almost over 1.5 million iPhone 4 terminals in 3 days from the opening of pre-orders and now the situation could be identical and on Monday the company should announce how many pre-orders it has registered for its new device. Until further notice the death of Steve Jobs everyone was talking about the disappointment experienced during the presentation of the iPhone 4S, but after yesterday's events, I think that many will buy the new device, but we will learn more from Apple after they give us the pre-order data.
