Along with iOS 5, Apple also launched the iCloud service, which can now be accessed by users all over the world. iCloud can be set and managed only from an iDevice and from the iCloud.com interface we can modify certain data available in our account. However, Apple also launched a PC program that allows us to synchronize certain data with our computer, data that is saved and reloaded in iCloud when needed. The only utility I found for the program dedicated to Windows was the possibility to save the photos from PhotoStream to the PC.
