iOS 5 is available for download since Wednesday, but the tweaks in Cydia started to be updated since Monday, so that many of them are compatible with the new version of the operating system. Of course, some still need to be updated, but in general you should be able to use everything you used before on iOS 4. Activator, mobilesubstrate, Action Menu and many other platforms of this kind now work on iOS 5, so we will see more and more tweaks- launched in the coming weeks.
