The iPhone 4S is equipped with a dual-core processor of approximately 800 MHz, 512 MB RAM and a dual-core graphics chip, and in synthetic tests the differences between the performances of the two devices cannot be adequately measured. Even so, those from PhoneArena they ran a series of tests to highlight how much processing power is hidden behind the new iPhone 4S, but it is not really that useful at all times. Not all games from the App Store will run faster and better on an iPhone 4S because most of them were designed for the iPhone 4 terminal hardware.

When we talk about universal games that also run on the iPad 2, things change because they load faster, sometimes they run better and if we're lucky, they also have better graphics. For now, the above tests reveal very little about the real performance difference between the two devices.
