During this evening, Google updated the Gmail application for iOS available in the Apple App Store. Google tried to solve the existing problems in the old version of the application, but also tried to implement some new things. Among them is the inclusion of a new sound for notifications (only available for iOS 5) and the inclusion of the possibility to set a signature or a message that will be sent automatically when you receive emails while you are on vacation. You can find the entire changelog of the application below, it is still only compatible with iPhone/iPod Touch:
