Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliance is the newest game in the Command & Conquer series developed by EA Games. Unlike previous versions, Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliance will be available for free for users all over the world and will be able to be played right from the browser of your PC. The interesting part is that the game can be played directly from the browser not only from PCs but also from mobile terminals, EA Games already announcing that iDevices will be able to access and interact with it through the Safari browser.

Tiberium Alliances has taken a step away from the series' PC roots to offer cross-platform play through both web browsers and mobile devices. Players will be able to form strategic alliances with friends, and in-game social and news update feeds will introduce a new layer of urgency to the real-time play. You'll need to be able to strategize, react, and adapt on the spot if you want to hold on to victory.

The concept adopted by EA Games is interesting and certainly many users will be happy to know that they will be able to play the game for free, but unfortunately an internet connection will be needed to do this. For now, TiberiumAlliance is available in closed beta version and if you want to test it you can register here and you can expect a registration code from EA Games.
